Ten years, two generations
My pool heater was leaking and needed parts. Philip answered a text message on his holidays to help me troubleshoot. He then came on his first day back from holidays and replaced a part. His customer service is outstanding.
Philippe as been servicing and installing our furnace for past ten years and previously my parents furnace. He is hardworking and honest, courteous. We are moving in August and are hoping to find someone that will be up to Philippe’s standards in our new town.
